Du Quoin Mile
A legendary venue makes its return to the AMA Pro Flat Track schedule for the first time since 2005, when Chris Carr took the checkered flag.
No active rider owns a victory at the Du Quoin Mile, but the list of winners here includes all the legends of the sport, such as; Chris Carr, Scott Parker, Bubba Shobert, Ricky Graham and others. The door is open for the next generation of dirt trackers to stake their claim at this historic facility.
The race will be one of four events in which the GNC2 riders will compete aboard the larger twin-cylinder motorcycles, meaning it’s a special opportunity to see what the up-and-comers in the class can do on machinery that closely resembles what the heavy-hitters are riding in GNC1.
Family Events, the group behind the Indy Mile, is promoting the event, promising a top-notch production for everyone in attendance.
