Honda Flat Track Contingency Includes Pro Singles Class

American Honda added to their already impressive 2010 contingency program with $24,000 posted for the eight short track and TT races on the AMA Pro Flat Track Grand National Series.

Honda is the first manufacturer to officially post contingency in the Pro Singles class paying the top five positions for riders competing on Hondas CRF450R. Both the Pro Singles and Expert Singles will pay 1st $500.00, 2nd $400.00, 3rd $300.00, 4th $200.00, 5th $100.00 beginning with the Daytona Short Track Nationals March 3rd and 4th.

"Honda has a successful history in Flat Track, and we look forward to supporting riders competing on our product," says Keith Dowdle, Assistant Manager HRCA. "We know the Pro Singles class is where riders begin their professional flat track and often road racing careers and Honda is proud to be able to support both the Pro Singles and Expert riders."
