Lloyd Brothers Motorsports Scrambler Ducati will be on display Friday, Oct. 9 at the Barber Vintage Festival

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Oct. 7, 2015) – The Lloyd Brothers Motorsports Scrambler Ducati is one of the most distinctive motorcycles in the AMA Pro Flat Track paddock, and this Friday, Oct. 9, the beautiful Italian machine will be on full display at the Barber Vintage Festival at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Ala.

Powered by an air-cooled Hypermotard-based 1100cc V-twin, the motorcycle has made steady progress since the Lloyd Brothers began racing it in AMA Pro Flat Track competition in 2010. In the premier Harley-Davidson GNC1 presented by Vance & Hines class, Johnny Lewis and three-time World Superbike champion Troy Bayliss each competed aboard a Lloyd Brothers Motorsports Scrambler Ducati in 2015.

“This is a great opportunity to get AMA Pro Flat Track racing in front of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts,” said David Lloyd, owner of Lloyd Brothers Motorsports. “The sport is definitely headed in the right direction and I’m happy to be able to bring the Ducati on Friday for anyone to see.”

The annual Barber Vintage Festival is one of the most highly anticipated motorcycle events in the world. The three-day festival features the America's First Fan Zone with food and entertainment, Ace Corner, a Century Parade, a swap meet with hundreds of vendors selling vintage motorcycles and parts, as well as the AMCA and VJMC gatherings, and the Motorcycle Classics show. The AMA Pro Flat Track booth will be icing on the cake for those who hold a passion for motorcycle racing.
