Sacramento Mile

The Sacramento Mile returned to the AMA Pro Flat Track schedule in 2011, and since then, it has been dominated by Bryan Smith. The Kawasaki rider made it a record four wins in a row last summer when the series rolled back to the California circuit, and on May 30, he’ll go for number five at the CAL Expo.
The date is the first of four West-Coast excursions and the only Mile run in the Western part of the country.
With a large, knowledgeable and loud crowd, riders feed off the energy that pounds from the stands. With lead changes seemingly at every corner in 2014, fans had plenty to cheer for, and 2015’s race should feature more of the same thrilling action.
